We’re an independent health-food shop and we have been trading at 68 Heaton Road, Newcastle upon Tyne for over 25 years.
Specialising in fresh, vibrant and local organic foods, we have a full range of everyday grocery items in-store.
We provide a wide range of refills for beauty and cleaning products , and sell loose organic commodities such as rice and pasta etc at the counter. We source all of our produce with an interest in the welfare of all involved.
Fresh bread is available from opening each morning. Our weekly fruit and veg delivery is usually out for sale by 2pm each Tuesday.
